I'm a hard man

Well, not really, but today I got into a bit of a stressy as I was developing a headache, and I ended up shouting at two people on the phone, which a) isn't like me, and b) isn't exactly the best customer service I've ever given. I did feel a bit guilty about it afterwards, especially the second one because I just completely went off at him for no real reason. Oh well. I'll just have to see if anyone complains about me on Monday. :-)

Hmm, in news today, Russell Crowe is leaving his brain to medical science, as part of a study on talented and creative people. So, Russell's participating because ..... ???
